New Color Picker at Emoticon

Many Request come to my inbox from Emoticon visitors, they say "How can I change The font color at your emoticon comment". then I always reply for them for change the font colour. Then the message like that come over and over again.

Thats why I will Add some new modul of colour picker at my site.
