General product tests and assessments are conducted in the following areas:

Product Safety Test
From development stages, we confirm items based on the check list that there will be no smoke, or nothing happening that can harm the user.

Surface Temperature Rise Test
To confirm that the surface temperature is kept below a certain level in actual usage environment, so that the user will not burn their hands or a part of their body as a result of low temperature burning.

Insulation Resistance Test
To prevent electric shocks, To confirm that there will be no incident that insulation resistance between a power source and machine surface will not be lost.

Electrical Resistance Test
To confirm that there is enough electrical resistance between a power source and machine surface. To prevent electric shocks from the machine.

Electricity Leakage Test
To confirm that electricity leakage is comply to international standard.

Additional quality and reliability tests are being done on the major components in functional areas which include: LCD Latch Open/Close; Connector Insert/ Remove; AC Connector Endurance; Keyboard Durability; Connector Caps Open/Close and Bay Unit Insert/ Remove.
